This deeply relaxing session uses guided hypnosis to help calm the mind and create powerful positive shifts within the subconscious.  As your body relaxes and your mind becomes focused, gentle guidance helps quiet mental chatter and open the door for new patterns of thought, clarity and emotional balance. Hypnosis may help support: stress relief and nervous system reset, improved sleep and relaxation, greater confidence and motivation, releasing unwanted habits or patterns. You remain fully aware and in control during the session while allowing the mind to enter a deeply restorative and receptive state.​​​​​​​​

This powerful body-based session helps release stress, trauma patterns, and emotional tension stored within the nervous system. 

Unlike traditional massage, somatic work focuses on the mind-body connection- allowing your body to process and release tension that talking alone cannot reach.  Through gentel bodywork, breath awareness, and guided somatic techniques, your nervous system is guided our of "fight or flight" and into a deeply restorative state. This session is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or long-held tension patterns in the body.​

This is offered as a group session at your location  or one on one at Mountain Soul Wellness. For group sessions it is $200 per person plus a flat travel fee depending on the location throughout the county. Allow yourself to be immersed in a deeply calming sound journey designed to restore harmony to the body and mind.  As crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments are gently played, soothing frequencies fill the space, surrounding you in the waves of sound that help quiet the mind and relax the nervous system.  These healing tones create a meditative environment where stress melts away and the body can naturally return to balance.  Perfect for those seeking: deep relaxation, energetic balance, mental clarity, stress relief and meditation support.
