"Bodywork has so many different branches. You have the energetics, the physical manipulation of the soft tissues, the movement of the body, the healing aromas, the silencing of the noise in your brain...

Everyday and Every BODY is different, and should be respected and acknowledged EVERY TIME that client lays down on the table. With intention and a combination of different modalities, my aim is to empower the client to begin the healing process."

"Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains I have been able to cultivate my skills with the diverse population that travels through here as well as settles in this outdoor playground."

"I am an avid Outdoor Enthusiast of all seasons, Yoga and fitness lover, and a grateful Being of all that life has offered so far including my family, friends, experiences and education. I feel that Bodywork is a great tool to help us expand our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

Jake has been with our team for 6 years and has gotten the reputation as the guy to go to for Deep Tissue and Specific treatment work. Jake grew up in Fraser, Colorado, studied Fine Arts at Colorado State University in Fort Collins then moved to Portland, Oregon where he attended East West School of Healing Arts for Massage Therapy.

During the  801 hour program, he had a  focus on Asian Modalities including Tui Na, Thai Massage/ Yoga, and Shiatsu.  Tui Na

He has since completed 30 hrs of Phenomenal Touch and he is also looking to do more with Shiatsu as it is a very involved form of bodywork that encompases a physical manipulation of energy in a very powerful way.

Jenn Posterick

Jenn Posterick is a Thai yoga bodyworker, massage therapist, yoga and massage teacher, and writer. She first explored Thai yoga bodywork as part of her yoga journey. It was instantly a passion, and she began practicing in 2006.

Bodywork sessions with Jenn are a blend of deep compression, movement, and detailed tissue work. They address the body’s specific needs while also balancing and relaxing the nervous system. Each session is tailored to client needs, everything from injury recovery to chronic issues to relaxation and stress reduction.

Her work is built on a deep foundation in Thai bodywork and western deep tissue massage techniques. To these she subtly weaves in energy balancing techniques, healing touch, Reiki, Ayurveda, and traditional Thai medicine modalities such as herbal compress and tok sen.

Jenn’s interest in optimized wellness began long before she became a massage therapist. She spent many years caring for top-level equine athletes, traveling with and managing the fitness, nutrition, soundness, and overall wellness of show jumpers and three-day event horses. From this experience, she learned the importance of collaborating with other professionals, and continues to do so with her human clients in how she works together with other top wellness professionals.

Jenn attributes her own professional philosophy to lessons shared by both traditional Thai medicine and ParaYoga: heal the self, trust the self, let go of fear and doubt, and we can offer our truest intentions to others for their healing and wellbeing.

In her down time she enjoys yoga, hiking, climbing, skiing, traveling, reading, cooking, and hanging with the pups.
