"Bodywork has so many different branches. You have the energetics, the physical manipulation of the soft tissues, the movement of the body, the healing aromas, the silencing of the noise in your brain...

Everyday and Every BODY is different, and should be respected and acknowledged EVERY TIME that client lays down on the table. With intention and a combination of different modalities, my aim is to empower the client to begin the healing process."

"Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains I have been able to cultivate my skills with the diverse population that travels through here as well as settles in this outdoor playground."

"I am an avid Outdoor Enthusiast of all seasons, Yoga and fitness lover, and a grateful Being of all that life has offered so far including my family, friends, experiences and education. I feel that Bodywork is a great tool to help us expand our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

Sarah focuses on getting to the root of the symptoms and uses a combination of Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Myofascial, Compression, Vibration, Massage Cupping, Essential Oils and Intuition. Blended together for the best session for you that day.

Jenn P

Jenn has been a massage therapist since 2006. Her work grows from deep roots in traditional Thai bodywork and yoga study. She has completed certification programs at multiple massage schools, is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and enjoys studying new ways to expand and refine her methods.

Blending eastern and western methods, sessions with Jenn address the body's specific needs while balancing the nervous system, whether working with injury recovery, post-operative concerns, chronic issues, or stress reduction. Her approach is to negotiate with the tissue and nervous system in order to create overall balance for the receiver.

She is also a breast cancer survivor, and this has inspired her to fine tune her work with oncology patients, combining lymphatic drainage, scar therapy, and gentle pain relief methods. Jenn brings her passion for massage to the classroom as well, as a nationally-accredited massage educator.
